Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 40 m² apartment in Nancy, which can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

To offer our travelers even greater comfort, the sofa bed has recently been replaced.

Le cosy Hermite "Excursion à Nancy 🙂 Appartement central, meublé avec un mix de meubles de récup' et du neuf dans un style bourgeois-bohème. Vu le prix, il n'y a rien à y redire. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un court séjour. Le choix des propriétaires s'est porté sur l'accentuation du côté ""cocooning"" aux dépens de certains aspects plus fonctionnels: ainsi il y a un joli salon avec cheminée, canapé cuir, télévision, mais seulement une table pliante pour manger. C'est clair qu'on n'y organise pas de dîners. 🙁 La maison où se trouve l'appartement est située dans l'arrière-cour d'un immeuble. C'est une maison ancienne qui a du charme et du potentiel, mais qui nécessite rénovation. Cependant, la situation est à la fois centrale (à quelques pas de la Porte de la Craffe) et très calme."
