"The male toilet in the lobby needs more air freshener. We were well received by the female staff member during our check in. She provided us with hotel information (e.g. daily breakfast, Onsen, laundry, etc.) clearly. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful with welcoming smiles. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning service. The quality of the daily breakfast was excellent! We were very impressed with the effectiveness and efficiency of baggage forwarding service provided by the hotel as we needed to send one baggage to a hotel in Tokyo on the day before our checking out from Manten Hotel in Toyama. "

We had panoramic views of the bay from our room and amazing omakase dinner with unlimited alcohol included. We also loved the beautiful minimal design and amazing hospitality from the stuff. Lastly, don’t miss the dolphin cruise! We had the most closeup encounters with wild dolphins. It was definitely a cherry-on-top experience for the whole trip. "

"Onsens are different from hotels. I would have liked to have been scheduled for the KAISEKI evening meal, as this is a large part of the ONSEN culture. Booking websites have no accomodation for this when customers book, and we go uninformed. This is regretful from my point of view. The Kaiseki meal is something I looked forward to. What can Expedia do about this?"
