"Great hotel located very conveniently near the port, as well as Motomachi and Mount Hakodate area! Only 15-20 min to downtown core for the morning market as well. The hotel also rents bikes for 1200 yen for a full day so we biked around the city and we highly recommend it! Would recommend staying here!"

"The room my family first got had a problem. The mattress of my bed was damaged , so i fell very uncomfortable when sleeping. I asked the receptionist to cmattress for me. My first room’s bed had a problem, the mattress of my wife’s bed was damaged at the middle part, I asked the receptionist to change the mattress. The manager from the receptionist apologized and upgraded me to a premium high class room for free. Also the hotel receptionist accepted us check in early. I will choose this hotel again if come here one more time. "

"Returning to Hakodate just to stay at this property. To see my first impression, please read my other review. Just love the mineralized public bath in a super luxurious penthouse setting, with a relax lounge that boost the best view of Hakodate Bay - which itself is one of the best harbour / bay / mountain views in Japan. Breakfast at Tokyu Stay's 20 partners in the "Morning Market" is a better treat than ever before, with the menus now available over the Internet by scanning a QR code, and more new vendors offering non-seafood alternatives (because super-fresh seafood every day can actually becoming boring). I do wish that they can partner with one of the large hotels to accept those coupons (perhaps a discount at Premiere Cabin's breakfast or even the Century Marina breakfast). And perhaps add King Bear Soup Curry that opened up nearby - for a veggie filled alternatives. Otherwise, I do think just eating here alone is worth the trip for any foodies with an inclination for the freshest raw seafood in the world (yum!!). Stayed six days and loved it. Looking forward to the next visit. "

"The location is just 5 minutes walk from train station. Seafoods just too many just steps away. Free breakfast are all heath Japanese style with many different dishes. Staff are very nice and friendly. Room are clean and comfortable."
