The cons: - NOT close to the metro (at least a 20 min walk) - Not really in NDG - Because of the last two, we had to spend more money on ride shares than we wanted to - Only some rooms are air conditioned (critically, not the bedroom - there’s a big window unit that is very loud) - Bathroom completely different from pictures (it’s literally not the same bathroom) and the fan didn’t really work - Hallways smelled like weed the...

"Look no further... this is your place! The cottage is completely renovated - everything is brand new. Three large bedrooms upstairs and tall ceilings make the home feel very spacious. The Kicthen is state of the art and has anything and everything you need to cook. We really enjoyed the upstairs deck... perfect for eating al fresco and enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. If you’re looking for the perfect location in NDG... this is it! The house is 30 feet from Queen Mary and minutes...
