"The ability to do laundry in the room was extremely convenient. The hotel also supplied detergent which was great. The rooms had a fridge/freezer and microwave. The water pressure was great in the shower and the Toto washlet toilet was heavenly. The relax station on the second floor provided tea/coffee and a place to refill water bottles. We had a evening flight and the staff safely stored our luggage after check out. The location was great. The room was small but I would definietly stay here again"

"The biggest drawback to the Royal Park iconic is that you have to buy the full breakfast. You can’t just have a coffee or a continental breakfast. In order to just have a coffee you need to go outside of the hotel to the Starbucks or convenience store. It was very upsetting that no matter what we said we were not allowed in the breakfast area just to have coffee. A second drawback is that there is only news channels on the TV in English. There was no way to watch a movie or any other show in English or with subtitles. We found this very surprising for such an upscale hotel."

"Super new and spotless. Staff speaks some English and they are very helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, if not especially cheap. Very nice public bath and great free coffee in the lobby. The only downside is that it’s a 10 minute's walk from the nearest metro station, but that’s a minor concern. One of my favorite hotels so far in Tokyo. "

"This hotel offers no extras - no help with baggage, no water available, no amenities in the room - you'll need to grab them from the lobby. We were not able to check in early and when we could check in, it took a long time. The worst part was after traveling and receiving less than mediocre service, when we finally got to our room, it was hot and stuffy! The temperature was set to 25 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature that could be set in the room was 20 degrees Celsius- not comfortable on humid or hot days. Would NOT recommend, especially for the high price when there are many choices nearby for less and better service."
