"Rude management, bedding in a pile on the beds unmade, single bed duvet for two beds pushed togther .. refused to provide double bed duvet though they did provide a second single duvet, one single blanket and one towel. when questionned we were told its the onwers decisionn and the manager had lots of eperince so they were correct. it was explained that many customers complained about the beds then the followng mornign the opposite was told to us. Never again"

"My booking was an overbooking, so I ended up having a room that usually was for tour guides, very basic. It did have a private bathroom but had odor. Anyway, better than no place to sleep. Still appreciate the inn manager, and blame Hotels.com system for overbooking. "

"The owner was very welcoming, nice poolside area to relax for a few hours. Basic rooms, AC could be better but the shower was amazing. Value here was good and I really appreciated the lovely fruit on offer at breakfast. Only downside is that you have to leave the property to get dinner, Out of Africa lodge was a short walk and provided a great dinner experience though. "

"Beautiful hotel. Very high standard of service and rooms very good. Comfortable and clean. Even had a fridge which unusual in Namibia.Lovely garden with heated pool. Staff are great.Breakfast the best we had in Namibia. About a mile walk into town on quiet road. Recommend Fish Deli for eating. "
