Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, clubs and supermarket, 400 metres to CBD.
Take in the view of the Nambucca River and Ocean from the balcony and you can enjoy an aperitif on your own private rooftop terrace as the sun sets.
Access to the boardwalk which runs along the river to the beach in one direction and the golf club in the other.
