"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. "The property is around 20-25 drive from the centre of sapa with minimal amenities close by. If you are staying as a group or couple and buy supplies before returning then i would reccomend this place. If however you want to enjoy evenings in sapa each day then you would clock up quite a high bill in taxis. The property was clean and in a beautiful location. For the price though it is very good."

The hotel is dirty and an absolute litter of dirty shoes, thrown all across the floor was what we were met with as soon as we walked in. The pool, that was still under construction, with cowboys dangling pieces of steel above our head was unusable! And not only that - was in a different building! Even if there was no construction work, the pool is still not a place for relaxation as there were only 2 plastic chairs to “sunbathe” and the pool was too small to swim in. We left before even checking in, after being made to wait for about 3 hours in the hotel lobby with no help or assistance offered from hotel staff! "
