"The property is in a very busy area. Parking is a problem. But other than that, the accomodation is a steal for the price. The units are clean and well managed. Eleveator access is a bit tricky as you always have to call reception to send the elevator up for you. Breakfast is simple and straightforward with not many options available. But the service is good. Staff is friendly and very accomodating. The location is in the heart of a busy market area so if you like exploring on foot then there is alot to do around. For the price, I would definately recommend the place. "

"The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety. Overall i was happy with the place. There was no noise and the staff were vwey pleasant"

"The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. "

"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. However, I will recommend this place to everyone I know and will be coming back. It is such a great place to come stay."

"The staff was super helpful. They got taxis for me, did my laundry, polished my shoes, reminded me of the breakfast hours. The hotel was incredibly clean as was my room. The food was delicious. I could not have been more pleased."

"Newer than its sister lodge in Naivasha, Sopa Nakuru is well laid out and perfectly situated at the top of one of the hills inside Lake Nakuru National park. This made for fantastic panoramic photis and exquisite sunsets. Excellent welcome on arrival with a drink and a warm flannel to clean up after the game drive. Good buffet selection for brakfast, lunch and dinner. Decently sized rooms although most of our time was spent either on a game drive or at the pool. Only issue was that some of the rooms are located on the lower end of the hill. There is a buggy shuttle service but its irregular and gets busy during meal times. Definitely recommend this as a destination from which to explore Lake Nakuru. "
