"Brilliant - lovely location, beautiful room. Very tasteful and high quality with exceptional attention to detail. We loved it. We had an upgraded room on the 2nd floor - the only slight downside was that our view was almost totally obscured by the building in front. Couldn’t be helped but a bit of a shame. If I leaned right out we had a nice glimpse of the river! Loved the location. So quiet at night but in the midst of things during the day. Breakfast was awesome - could there be some...

"The room we occupied was on the 21st Floor with amazing views over this delightful city. The room was of adequate size but short of storage space for a longer stay. The staff were very courteous and handled our queries with knowledge and experience. Special mention should be made of Boris who served us in the restaurant and the coffee shop and went far and beyond the norm to ensure our stay was pleasant and our needs were met."
