"Family of 4. Travelled with extended family. They booked us rooms close to one another. Too bad they didn't have connecting rooms. The room was small but sufficient. The bathroom was very cramped but functional. Beds were comfortable. They don't change the sheets daily unless requested. They replenish complementary water bottles daily. Toiletries you have to get at the lobby. 7/11 is across the street. Lawson a block away. Canal City was a short distance, about 3 blocks. Hakata Station was about a 10minute walk. If you'll be renting car, there is a paid parking 2 streets away."

"Lovely hotel and ideal for a walk to the station. Fresh bottle of water provided every day. We didn’t try the breakfast and unfortunately ran out of time to try the Onsen. Would def recommend hotel as all staff very helpful and clean hotel."

"Pros: Location. It is 3-5 minutes to closest train station. On the way to the train station, there is a 24hr Donki. Also, the Ichiran ramen headquarter is also 5 minutes walk. One of the famous seafood restaurants is on the other side of the bridge. Convenient store is just downstairs. We stayed in the river view room and the view was great and the room was spacious. Cons: no staff. For people who would prefer onsite staff. This might be a bit inconvenient. However, the location is totally making up for it."

"The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."

"The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, and restaurants. We booked a room for 4 pax. The room was surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. Even with four adults staying in the room, there was enough space for everyone to fully open their large suitcases after a day of shopping without feeling cramped. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families or groups looking for convenience and extra space in Japan."
