"Great location for rail services. Tenkubashi station is right outside the hotel serving the Tokyo monorail and Keikyu line. This station will also get you to terminals 1 to 3 at Haneda. The staff were great who was willing to help me despite arriving at 2am. Room was clean and fairly spacious and the breakfast the following morning has a good choice. Hotel also has a coin op (or IC card) self service laundry which I found helpful considering I was in another country without doing my laundry for a week. Great first experience."

"If you want to stay near Shinagawa, this is the place. Very convenient, close to the station and has enough shops and dining options near by, you won't be wanting for anything. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"Our return to Tokyo after a short stint in Kyoto was at perhaps the nicest and most upscale of all the hotels we stayed. Directly off the JE line, the hotel was extremely easy to get to and felt like nothing was out of our reach each day. The area surrounding the hotel is certainly quiet and lacks options on the front of local cuisines, but the 2 minute walk to the train makes that all a moot point as we felt like we had all of Tokyo at our reach. The rooms were extremely spacious and the amenities on site were excellent. My one gripe is the ineffectiveness of the dryers in the laundry room, as you really needed to run them twice in a row to get clothes even remotely dry, but this is so minor in the scheme of things I cannot dock points for that. The staff was very professional and helpful when we needed them, and not once did I feel like we were intruding or overstepping when we had questions for them. This hotel wound up being the perfect spot for us to finish up our trip, would certainly consider staying here again in the future."

"We had a flight from Haneda terminal 3, we decided to stay in royal park hotel night before our flight, Hotel was ideal for our flight, 5-10 min walk to terminal 3, we had a meal in the hotel restaurant which was lovely and not to expensive, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and pleasant, Nice hotel ideal for Haneda terminal 3"

"Close to train and metro plus airporter bus but only until 3:40pm...had another airporter bus but had to walk to side of train station for later pickup times. Lots of great eating places surrounding hotel and train station. Loved this area and would definitely come back."

"Came here for Star Wars celebration, no complaints. Biggest plus was location. Had a 7-11 literally across the hotel, easy check in. Staff was very accommodating as well. Train stations were like a 10 minute or less walk; or if you don’t want to walk just take a taxi there for like $5! Great hotel will definitely be coming back. "
