Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was average. Small room, bed was pretty comfy. We didn’t use the artificial onsen. Overall it was satisfactory, but nothing special about this place.

大浴場で足を伸ばす事が出来て良かった。 ベッドのギシギシ音が気になりました。部屋は思ったより、若干ですが広かったです。これは完全に個人の感覚ですのでなんの意味もありませんね。

長野マラソン出場のためだと1泊しました。チェックアウトの時間が早朝だったので朝食を利用することができませんでしたが、その代わりとしてゼリーを配布してくれました。心遣いに感謝でした。おかげで完走できました。

エアコンのみ不満。

喫煙室に宿泊。 暖房がエアコンのみで、ECOモードが自動で起動。 初期起動も遅く、用意された部屋着では足が冷えた。 その他は快適。大浴場からの吹雪も風情を感じた。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧だけに冬季、夏季の対応を手厚く願いたいです。
