We were very impressed with the effectiveness and efficiency of baggage forwarding service provided by the hotel as we needed to send one baggage to a hotel in Tokyo on the day before our checking out from Manten Hotel in Toyama. "Onsens are different from hotels. I would have liked to have been scheduled for the KAISEKI evening meal, as this is a large part of the ONSEN culture. Booking websites have no accomodation for this when customers book, and we go uninformed. This is regretful from my point of view. The Kaiseki meal is something I looked forward to. What can Expedia do about this?"
