"Didn't have a chance to eat the breakfast on 1st floor restaurant due to construction. But the hotel is very convenient and clean, staffs are helpful and nice. They might not very good at English, but that's definitely not a problem at all during my stay. you can tell they are really positive, enthusiastic and try to help you. They also gave me a list of nearby restaurants. Definitely wil come back if visit Nagoya in the future."

However, one minor inconvenience is that the lobby is located on the 18th floor, requiring guests to take one lift to the lobby and then transfer to another lift to reach the guest rooms. Guests are directed to a nearby commercial building for parking, which may be less convenient, especially for families or those travelling with a lot of luggage. As vehicles need to be parked at a separate location, dropping off and picking up luggage can be somewhat cumbersome."
