"Location is decent, connected to Nagoya Station via an underground mall Unimall (use exit U10 but be prepared to climb 2 flights of stairs). Room is small and tight but bearable for 2 nights. Bed and pillows hard and not very comfortable. Toilet was relatively clean. Some free amenities including bottled water and toothbrushes. Service was pleasant. There’s a
