"Typical Japanese business hotel. Simple, small but clean. Hotel also had a sauna to use. Hotel is usually used by Japanese so the self checkin kiosk had difficulty recognizing a foreign last name but the front counter staff was very helpful assisting. The location is next to the subway station, not far from Odori station, and Aeon Mall is also next to it. "

"Hotel is in a great location with many great places to shop and eat. Close to the train station too. Clean hotel! Room size is perfect! Breakfast was delicious. We’d definitely stay here again. Only drawback is that the onsen was usually crowded and a little small. And no skincare amenities provided. Other than that, it was wonderful!"
