10/10 Excellent

"The front desk staff was friendly and welcomed me with a smile. Excellent selection of amenities for a business hotel of this price range. Free welcome drink (front desk gives you a coin that can be used at the vending machine in the lobby). Check-out is at 11:00AM. Room is clean and standard-sized for a business hotel. Yet the layout allowed enough floor space for me to leave my carry-on and checked luggage open at all times (so no opening/closing suitcases on the bed to get a single item like in other business hotels). Close to 3 different subway lines (3 blocks to Fushimi station and 5 blocks to Sakae, with covered underground walkways to those stations at 1-2 blocks) Family Mart is in the same building next door. Highway bus to/from the Chubu Centrair Airport (NGO) is literally across the street (one departure is at 11:00AM, so perfect for checking out). (I didn't get the breakfast so I can't comment on it)."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! There was a problem at the beginning with the toilet clogging, and someone came up immediately to help. When it couldn’t be resolved quickly, the hotel provided me and my family with another room, an upgrade which was absolutely fantastic! It’s a classically beautiful hotel in a good location, and the staff is so helpful and gracious. Highly recommended!"
