"Honestly, this is my favorite hotel in Japan and it is because of the level of service provided by hotel. When things go wrong, as they inevitably do, they help. On this particular trip, I lost my phone. On my last trip, I forgot some items. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and excellent bed. Perhaps not the largest room, but in summer heat, I was very comfortable."

"The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."
