Very safe and clean hotel

Qaribu Inn is in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood in Nairobi. The hotel is very clean, very good services and food is so delicious and affordable price. The hotel has very good WiFi connection in all areas of the hotel, very connected. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. I recommend it for anyone for your stay in Nairobi

Room for improvement

Pros: Amazing housekeeping manager, named Persimus, who went above and beyond to ensure my room was mosquito free after I reported mosquitoes the first night. Cons: 1) didn't sleep first night, because of mosquitoes. Front desk couldn't supply mosquito net or insect repellent. 2) Wifi down for most of my 3 night stay. 3) Patchy, erractic breakfast service. Breakfast starts at 6.30pm - no coffee available until almost 7am. Had to ask repeatedly for milk. No one on duty at omelette station, so why have one? 4) Restaurant food mediocre. Ordered veggie burrito with beans from menu, got stewed vegetables with no beans on a tortilla.

Good value and location

The hotel has lovely grounds and attractive, compact rooms at a good price - particularly the excellent location which is accessible to most places in Nairobi. This is a major asset given the Nairobi traffic.

Nice hotel, with a vieuw a On a small lake

Het is een good hotel. Wel kleine kamers, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Het ligt aan de goede kant als je richting Nakuru moet. Je hoeft dan niet de hele stad door.

Nice hotel, less than a year old, very quiet.

Great hotel. It is very new and modern. I felt safe. It is a little far from Central Business District (CBD); however, you can catch a Matatu that runs direct down the road for super cheap or you can get a taxi but taxi is a little expensive if you have to make frequent trips. This is a really great hotel! The staff will give you a lot of good advice about where to go. I almost don't want the secret of this hotel to get out because the prices will go up. Haha! Enjoy your stay.

Nice Business Hotel

The hotel was exactly what I expected. Nice, comfortable room, great wifi. The food in the restaurant has some room for improvement (I had to do all my meals at the hotel) but the breakfast buffet was super good. It is close to the highway so even if it's located a little outside of the main areas you can be in Westlands in 15min.
