"The hotel is in a good location within Nairobi, bliss to the museum and Masai Market. The breakfast buffet is great! Lots of variety in food types, and beverages. The staff are friendly although they could be more prompt in addressing issues brought to their attention. The rooms are starting to look worn - the showers need to be upgraded-tiles need to be replaced as do the heads, etc. Bed mattresses need to be replaced - they are worn out and soft. AC worked ok."
