My stay was money well spent; The place was clean, attendants and security was helpful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, for comfortability because it gets a little chili in there, cause there’s no heaters. Other than that the place is great!

They don’t let you know it’s a shared apartment until you check in.. for my case, two males entered the house at 1 o’clock nighttime, and said they paid the same apartment. I was with my wife and felt so embarrassed since we were both enjoying our time. I have never taken my wife to a lodging and it looked the same way in that apartment.

They brought someone to sleep/they rented out the 2nd room. Who does that? Am glad the 2nd guest refused to share. I wasnt their, my mom was when the 2nd guest came, if i were there...i would have raised hell.

I paid in advance for a three night stay in a private apartment. When I arrived I was informed that I had paid for a shared apartment with two other occupants. Therefore, after 12am I had to look for alternate accommodation. I requested a refund from Hotels.com and I still have not received a response.

The location is awesome, quiet and the property is as it appears on the photos. The studio was very clean and also has Netflix. Sheila the house Keeper and Hilda were very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenya and I will definitely come back again.

No reception or info regarding key to the apartment. Very bad standard in the apartment. A tiny room, not a studio apartment!! Very dirty. No towels, no toilet paper. Shared balcony with access to room from others. Very bad.
