"From checking in to checking out the staff were really helpful and attentive. We ate in the restaurant twice in our four night stay and the food was fantastic. We even had the honor of being the first to choose off the new summer menu and it didn't disappoint. The choice of beers/ ales and every spirit avilable at the bar was geat and prices were very fair. Wednesday nights Jo and special guests was a lovely surprise and we really enjoyed the music. And to cap it all off we got to see dolphins playing in the Moray Firth while enjoying our meal."

"What a wonderful hotel - despite my stay being very short I was made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. Rooms here are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very very good! I didn’t manage to go into the spa but this looked very pleasant. Hotel is quiet and peaceful and right next to the golf clubs and sea views "

"We had a delightful stay at Cawdor House, thanks in large part to the fabulous couple who own and run it. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was small but pleasant and well-kept. As you’d expect in an older house, the walls are a bit thin, but that’s part of the charm and character of a traditional building like this. Breakfast was a highlight — a lovely continental spread, made even better by the fresh espresso in the morning. It was the perfect kick-start to the day and a thoughtful touch that really stood out. A charming place with personal service that makes all the difference. Would definitely recommend for a cozy, welcoming stay."

"A lovely B&B, the room was beautifully clean & well equipped, nice touches like fresh milk, sweet treats & bedside phone chargers which was really useful. The breakfast was amazing, locally sourced meat from the Butcher with some of the nicest black pudding I have tasted. The town and beach are all within walking distance and plenty of places locally to eat in the evening. Thank you Helen for a wonderful stay"
