"I love staying here. It a cute clean cozy little condo. Ive been in philippines for 20 days so far. I booked it for a week. Went to another hotwk after my week. Didnt like the hotel an came right back here. This place was very convenient an safe. Id definitely recommended it to anyone. "

"I love the cleanliness of the place and the water pressure of the shower which you can hardly find in settings like this. However, they need to put up blackout curtains because the place is too bright considering its a corner unit with extra window. Some people like to stay in bed late or sleep during the daytime. I also like that it's a walking distance the mall and church. Numerous convenience stores can be found downstairs. I'll probably book this place again in the future."

"I book this for my in-laws and they liked it. However, the six days that they were there, they became uncomfortable due to little baby cockroaches that they saw inside the unit. I told my in-laws to washed all of the utensils, cups, and plates or whatever they needed for cooking before using it. My in-laws loved the unit, but it just came short due to roaches. Since I was not able to complete the requirements due to miscommunication, they just took my money and never responded to me again. I was left without my money and a place to stay. They could have given me the opportunity to correct the error and stay for the remainder of the time but since they already got paid and no longer cared, I had to find a new place to stay. Terrible bad faith...

"Grace's place is one of the nicest, best-located, and most valuable of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo unit.
