禁煙で予約していたのだが、まず案内された部屋には灰皿があり臭いからして喫煙の部屋と思われた。壁紙もカビが目立ちとても不快。フロントに戻り部屋を禁煙ルーム替えて貰ったが、次に入った部屋にも灰皿が、、、。 またシャワートイレも壊れており動作せず。 二度と利用はしません。
