"Check in was a bit chaotic, but was efficient. Staff were awesome. Had an open air bath room with an ocean view but the window didn't open more than 10CM so there wasn't much open air. I believe the blind in the window next to it was mounted too deep in the frame and it blocks the bath window from opening any further. Breakfast buffet food was plentiful but the items I ate were cold or room temp when they should have been hot. Having said that, it's a buffet, hard to keep it all at temp. A la Carte food ordered in the common room was delicious and hot. Would absolutely stay there again just for the great room view and staff."

"We have never stayed at a property that was as perfect as this. The room, the view, the staff and the amenities were all above and beyond our wildest expectations. We were in Miyajima and on three stormy rainy days and still had an amazing time. Our room was large and had everything you can imagine, including a private onsen on our patio and more. The staff made us feel so welcome and even wiped dry our suitcases when we arrived. I can’t recommend it enough and there is no way to give a review that properly describes this magical ryoken."
