The highlight for us was Palomino Island—a private paradise that feels like a dream. The views from the hotel are simply breathtaking! The staff was always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless every day thanks to the incredible cleaning team, and the organization was perfect. The water park brought endless joy to the kids, and evenings were just as special—whether playing together, taking a dip in the pool, or enjoying the live music. "This hotel is great. Family friendly, excellent pool and jacuzzi that is open from 7am-11pm. Room was clean and up to date. Kitchenette, living room, bedroom. Breakfast each day was mediocre but reliable. Close and walking distance to beach with chairs, towels, and umbrella included with stay. Restaurants on property, food and drinks at pool. Overall, if you have kids, and want a resort hotel, this is it. Three star hotel but 5 stars for me and my kids. "
