From early-morning sunrises to stunning sunsets to close out a day on the sand, you can take it all in from the comfort of the condo – views from each side! Enjoy a beverage and watch the dolphins play in the surf from the oversized patio.

The condo features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and it’s own private bath. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. In addition, the unit offers a well-equipped kitchen, two (2) flat-screen TVs, in-suite washer and dryer, cable and internet, and beautiful patio furniture. The property boasts direct beach access and even an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, washcloths and sheets) are included.

Sweet Paradise is centrally located in the town of Nags Head. Within easy driving distance of many local favorites such as Jeanette’s Pier, Jockey’s Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and the NC Aquarium in Manteo, the property is also minutes from fine and casual dining, grocery stores and so much more!

Excellent stay

The location is perfect to visit both ends of the island. The unit is clean and the view can't be beat. It is also helpful to have the elevator to use to carry luggage and or groceries to the unit. Communication by the owner is easy and helpful. We had a great time and would highly recommend if you love hanging out at the beach!

Great place to stay

Wasn't sure at first about being on the 4th floor of a condo, but thankfully there's an elevator and the view was fantastic. The host and the concierge were johnny on the spot with communications. The unit was spacious and well-appointed, and the location is terrific. I look forward to staying here again

Great stay in Nags Head

This property was perfect for our family of three. It is right on the beach; we loved waking up and being able to see the sunrise over the ocean and watching dolphins swim past from the balcony. It was also convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. The host is very responsive to questions and made sure check in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to the Outer Banks again.

Beautiful condo!

My childhood friend and I just wanted a pretty place on the beach to be able to gab all weekend. It was so freezing outside but we had a beautiful view of the ocean, the location was near everything we wanted to do, and the condo was gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo amazing view

The condo is as shown in photos. Beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with all gadgets we needed. And it was very clean when we arrived. The view of the ocean was unbeatable. Not one regret renting here. I would rent again, you will not be disappointed. Owner extremely responsive as well.

Great condo for a couple or small family. Joe is an exceptional host. It is obvious he has invested a lot of time and planning into this rental. Pictures Don't Do It Justice!

This condo provided everything we dreamed a trip to OBX would be...and more! The condo was immaculate, well stocked and the view is what we believe to be the best in the area. We awoke every morning to gorgeous sunrises over the ocean and dolphins out for their morning swim. We finished out our days with gorgeous sunsets to the west over the sound. We ended up doing less OBX activities during our stay because we didn't want to leave the condo. We had everything right there.

Difficult to enjoy in the off season

This review is not focused on the property itself but the place overall. It is not a good place to visit in the off season. Most businesses (90%) are closed and the ocean super cold. I’m sure this place is nice during the summer but i do not recommend it during the off season

The view, the view, the view!

The views from this condo cannot be beat. It was lovely to wake to the sound of the ocean and the sunrise. The balcony offered a place to relax with incredible views and beach access just below. Much of the condo is newly renovated and thoughtfully decorated with such attention to detail - a cute nook with a comfy chair and window with a view to read. Great comfy, beachy vibe. Parts of the bathrooms and kitchen are not renovated but still very functional. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay very much.

Fall in OBX

We absolutely loved our stay and can't say enough great things about this property! Joe and his team were incredibly accommodating and communicative to ensure we were comfortable and had their support available if needed. However, we didn't need to contact them once during our stay because there were no issues. The condo was exactly as depicted in the listing. Amazing ocean and bay views, easy beach access, and a great central location to many destinations. There's always some worry when booking in the off season regarding what a vacation home will look like after the prime rental season; but we were impressed with the prestine condition. Thoroughly clean, tastefully appointed, great water pressure, comfy beds, functional wifi. Additionally, amazing ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and oceanfront balcony as well as incredible bay views from the large floor to ceiling windows towards the entrance. We look forward to our next stay at one of Joe's properties.

Lovely Place SO Close to the Ocean

This is a lovely condo, and right on the ocean. I have never stayed in an oceanfront rental so close to the beach! And the lifeguard stand is right there by the condo's access point. The weather was not cooperative the whole week we were there (rain, heavy winds, fog, and riptide), but the ocean view was still wonderful, and so was our vacation. The elevator (which we needed, and why we chose this particular rental) did break down on Memorial Day, but the caretakers were very quick to respond to our problem, even on the holiday, and the elevator was fixed the next day! I would definitely stay here again!!! The only suggestion I have is to bring an extra set of bed linens if you rent this condo--the sofa is a pull-out sleeper, and there is an extra set of pillows, but no linens for the sleeper or the extra (king-sized) pillows. My adult daughter did not want to share a bedroom with her brother and his son, so she used the sleeper sofa--we had to buy bed linens for it. Also, request extra towels and washcloths if you rent it--there were only towels for 4 people, even though we stated that we were a party of 5 when we reserved it. We didn't bring up the issue of the bed linens or towels with the caretakers--we didn't want to bug them on a holiday weekend with trivial stuff. Overall, I would happily stay here again, and again, and again. Best oceanfront rental--location, comfort, and view--we have ever had in our 35 years of marriage and beach vacations.
