427, "Beach Hut," offers four bedrooms, including one queen master bedroom with private bathroom, allowing for a variety of bedding types to accommodate up to 10 guests! The newly renovated great room offers slider access to wrap-around decking for enjoying the ocean breeze and sun-tanning. And the kitchen has been updated with new cabinetry, large counter space, accented wood paneling, and a range with copper backsplash that gives this home a perfect aesthetic.

Perfect for quiet getaway

This place was prefect for a quiet family retreat. The management company was great, and very accessible. The building needs a little maintenance (There was some old water damage, and the building moves a little on the stilts when people walk around or there's a strong wind), but everything was clean! Overall, a great stay!

Great last minute find!

We booked after other vacation plans fell through due to Covid-19 complications. Found this place on a whim one month before our stay and so glad we did! It has all the charm of a true beach house. It was clean but parts are dated. You can tell the owners are remodeling here and there and if they continue the place would be even better. The walk to the beach was super easy and only takes about 3 mins. Making it great to go back and forth. This place was great and helped make our week away amazing!

Great location. House needs lots of TLC

The pros: Cove realty was amazing at handling the issues we had and they were friendly and easy to work with. The location of the house was great. Literally about a football field walk to the beach! The house is a good size and has an awesome deck. The description says parking for three cars when in actuality you could get four or five compact cars in the driveway. The home has an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water that is perfect for removing sand before heading inside. Lots of extras were already provided like hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, spices. Once the unit cooled, the AC worked great! The cons: first and foremost in the main bathroom there appeared to be water damage on the floor to the point that the floor was soft to step on. We were careful to steer clear of the area for fear that someone would fall through the floor. Underneath the house the water damage in the area was very visible (black mold) and actually much larger than just the area noticeable from the inside. It felt unsafe. The home wasn't horribly dirty but wasn't clean upon arrival. Previous tenants' linens were left in the unit along with our clean linens. And we had to figure that out on our own. Luckily we figured it out before someone in our party used a dirty towel or put dirty linens on the bed. The floor had to be vacuumed and the table and counters had to be wiped (turned the Lysol wipe black), but the bathrooms were shiny clean. There is NO WIFI and I had no cell phone service. I feel like whining about that, but someone else may appreciate that. The cable TV only worked on the main tv in the living room and only had very basic channels. The appliances are outdated. During our stay, we were unable to use the oven for two days because when attempting to preheat it, the knob cracked in half and broke off. Cove handled the issue as best as possible and eventually replaced the stove entirely. So that appliance is good now, but the fridge took forever to cool back down after stocking it with groceries. Then once it finally cooled down, it froze our eggs and groceries that were placed in the back near the vent. Also no ice maker in the freezer. No garbage disposal. Washer works fine if you wash a small load. The dryer took at least two cycles to dry towels. Small load of clothes took only one. The vacuum didn't work well- only minimally. I would stay again ONLY after some updating and repairs.

Absolutely disgusting! Run down and dirty. Bugs Bugs bugs

House was never swept before arrival. Bugs covering the floors in every room. So bad they had to call terminex to come spay the house. We were not allowed in for 4 hours. No effort made by cove realty to make it right.
