"We stayed at the house this summer for 10 days and ended up wishing we had booked at least two weeks. The house is lovely and features a lot of privacy. The pool is great and the amenities of the house as advertised. Francesca was great with her advice and about things to do and 0laces to eat and always available for questions. Definately looking forward to come back."

"I loved my time at The Barn at La Poletta! My one piece of advice is: if you are traveling without a car, budget a good deal of money for taxis to come in from Viareggio or another nearby city to pick you up and take you where you want to go. But this property is lovely! A real treat. Grazie!"

"We spent 4 great days at Fabrizio’s place. As a family of 5 there was so much space indoors and outdoors to relax in, and the pool was super for cooling down and having fun with the children. We also loved the wildlife- birds of prey including owls can be spotted and we saw some new butterflies we hadn’t come across before. The character of the property is very special and you can tell a lot of love and attention has gone into the place. We loved being away from it all and yet just minutes away...

"I get the feeling the owners have just bought this house & are just starting to rent it out. It seems they have upgraded some parts of the apartment but others are old i.e. the kitchen doors look new, but the carcasses are very old. The lounge felt like it was missing a tv. There was a sofa for 2 facing a wall, with your back to the views of the hills, which felt odd. They did arrange an alternative hotel 5 miles away but we did not have a car so it was a bit stressful organising alternative public transport there. "Wenn man das Haus erst mal gefunden hat, ist es herrlich in idyllischer Ruhe und Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dank Übersetzer App konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Unser Hund hat auch gleich einen Kumpel gefunden um zu toben auf dem riesigen Grundstück und Olivenhain. Wir würden jeden Zeit wieder kommen."
