"I couldn’t take a shower as the shower button was broken by the previous guest and I informed the receptionist about it and the broken part yesterday morning. But they didn’t fix it."

"I currently in my second stay with this hotel. The staff has been the best part especially as a foreigner that doesn’t speak Italian. They have aided me with friendly enthusiasm in a couple of problems outside their scope to which I am very grateful. The accommodation large, modern and clean. There is an excellent courtyard with numerous sitting options for relaxing outside.
Definitely recommend this hotel I will likely be back here in a year.

If you’re looking to get married in a 1275 AD palazzo that was formerly inhabited by the Duke or Parma I would HIGHLY recommend this place. "Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"
