"The room was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that the room was too small especially for two people. Other than that everything else was perfect."

"This is a large hotel in a good location close to a main train and subway station. The room was small as was the bathroom (Superior Queen room). The bed was not very comfortable. We tried the buffet breakfast which was heavily Japanese. If you want an American breakfast go elsewhere. We also tried one of the restaurants on the 25th floor and it was casual but not bad. We enjoyed the orient express bar. Staff we all great and super helpful. Laundry facility was great."
