"We loved this hotel! We purchased rooms with lounge access…. Totally amazing!!! Breakfast cooked to ordered.. large buffet…. Great place to wrap up the day with a glass of bubbles and a few snacks!!! The location was great.. close to the metro, but very quiet and safe.. The staff was amazing.. highly recommend this hotel!"

"We are happy with the size of the room which is much bigger than the ones in Kyoto and Tokyo. The Osaka station is about 5 minute walk and there are a plenty of restaurants in the area. Lawson (the convenience store is next the hotel where you can get drinks, snacks and breakfast. "

"We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel has an amazing first impression which is very Japanese. The bed was the most comfortable one we slept on during our whole trip in Japan and the room was a good size and really quiet. Breakfast was a highlight for us, we loved the choices and also the amount of Japanese options to try. Also the free ice lollies and Raman in the evening were fantastic. The onsen on site was also a great experience, very clean ans a great variety of baths. Overall we loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Being so close to Kyoto station was also a great benefit. "
