Cute older property in the centre of all the restaurants and shops. Everything is close by. It has charm and character rooms are small but comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast was basic continental and delicious. No parking and parking is hard to come by. A good place to stay if spending a day or two and you need a place to lay your head. Overall the property met our expectations.

Wonderful hotel adjacent to the park with a fantastic view of Palamidi fortress! We loved that the hotel was a short walk to the port, restaurants, & shops, but it was still a quiet location. Comfortable bed & room.

The room and hotel are in a fantastic location. The room was clean with all the amenities needed. It is not obvious upon arrival where the reception desk is. Perhaps I missed it, but I did not see a sign at the top of the stairs guiding us down the steps to reception. If this exists, my apologies, otherwise I would recommend directional signage.

The hotel is a true gem, located within easy walking distance of the old town and Arvanitias beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have lovely high ceilings. The breakfast was excellent and Maria was a wonderful host. While the hotel doesn't have its own dedicated parking, it isn't an issue at all, even during peak season, finding a spot nearby was very easy.

The hotel has a romantic feel to it, with the front being a garden area, but the amenities are old and a little outdated. The shower head was leaking and was weirdly place in the bathtub. We were giving the room in the back of the hotel, outside and in was not well isolated for sound the whole night we heard dogs barking and bird very loudly and the bed was too stiff and hard. Decoration is outdated, it could have great potential with a little bit of work. We had the breakfast in the morning which was good but not awesome and was serve in the bar area where is the reception, we checked-out in between fruits and yogourt which was a little strange. The staff were kind and friendly.

Nafsimedon is conveniently located on the edge of Nafplion's old town and has "period charm" (i.e. circa 1880), which means that one shouldn't expect a lot of fancy, modern touches, though the television screen hidden behind the one-way mirror was an interesting touch. My ground-level room was smallish but adequate for a single traveller. The only real complaint here was that the towel hook in the bathroom was a pair of slick, ceramic horns set horizontally, which meant that towels quickly slipped off it and onto the floor. A rubber cap on the end of each horn would remedy that, I think. The staff were very helpful, especially when it came to watching over my suitcase for a few hours after I checked out and reuniting me with a shirt that I'd forgotten in a drawer of my room. The shaded, front garden is a nice place for breakfast too.

It’s in a nice part of town close to restaurants. The garden is very nice. Staff also is very welcoming. The room has everything we need. It’s still a very old hotel and has a run down feel to it, especially the bathroom.
