"The hostel was in a great location, right on the beach and an easy walk up to Naksansa, as well as a short bus or taxi ride from Yangyang town. The bathrooms however had a lot of mould, and there was almost never anyone at reception to ask for directions, mind your belongings, or even just give general info on the area. Maybe it was off-peak season too, but there was no atmosphere to be found here."

"Very clean, very friendly—loved having washing machines in the room and reasonably sized detergent in the downstairs vending machine. Walking distance to the beach and the lake. Great having a convenience store and restaurants on the ground floor! The rooftop terrace was very nice for enjoying a breezy view."

"The location was good. The place seems to be nice in the past but terribly kept. Our room has molds as shown in the pictures. The AC in one of the rooms didn’t work so it was bad and we had to demand to be moved (temperature was 41C) Beds weren’t the most comfortable but we stayed for night so we survived. Definitely wasn’t worth the price. But I think if they just do some renovations it will be okay. "
