"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Nadi. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. "We only stayed for one night before our flight out the next morning. The shuttle was super convenient (you could walk to/from the airport if your luggage and the weather are cooperative). The restaurant, bar, and lounge/workspace were all nice. Our room was comfortable. Could have stayed longer! "

"We’ve been to heaps of resorts in Fiji, but nothing beats The Crowne plaza! Best service, team there is so friendly, helpful and all super friendly. Didn’t get any bad vibe from any of them. Food was on point, a bit pricey but I guess that’s what comes with a 5 star resort like this. Definitely be back and staying even longer next time 😆 Staff that really stood out to me was Eugene, Jesse & Semisi! Lads were the best!"

"Hotel is in a state of disrepair. Wifi wasn't available during our stay, ridiculously it still wasn't available when we returned a week later (non-refundable booking, otherwise would have stayed elsewhere). Staff not very helpful, need some service training. TV in room didn't work either. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Much better options available elsewhere in the same price bracket."

"Clean, nice staff. Definitely not a 3-star hotel, but good value for what it is. Wi-fi is inconsistent. Taxi from the airport is $25 Fijian; but the hotel shuttle is just $20 (the same if you take a taxi from the hotel strip back). Or catch the city bus (once an hour) if you aren't in a hurry for about $2.00. Book the room online, not directly at the hotel: it's cheaper. Can't drink the tap water. Buy bottled water at a grocery (there's one a block away) for half the cost of getting it from the hotel."
