near the corner of Hughes and North Street, minutes away from Downtown Nacogdoches and the
Stephen F. Austin State University campus! Hughes 1 is fully furnished in a cozy fashion to make
you feel at home in the oldest town in Texas. The house includes a homey indoor living area with a
fireplace as well as an outdoor seating area and grill, so you and your family can gather at any time

We enjoyed our stay over the Labor Day weekend. It’s centrally located to town and easy to get anywhere in town. The house has updated appliances in the kitchen and the house is beautifully decorated. This is an older home but the owners have done a great job to make it comfortable for their guest.

Location location location! We enjoyed our 4 night stay for our son’s wedding. The first thing my husband noticed was a comfy recliner, just what we needed for relaxing after long days of fun activities. The kitchen was just what I needed to prep a charcuterie board for the bridal suite! We will be back.
