"Hotel is great, but advertising on Expedia is false. They do not provide a shuttle service from Frankfurt Airport and haven't for 2 years. So, don't waste your time looking for a non-existent shuttle like we did."

"Parking ok, although narrow places. Bedsofa for the 2 kids (14 and 15 years old) was okay, but blanket was to small for 2 persons. Super breakfast buffet, al lot of choice!"

"Stay was nice, breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel I had stayed at, and the coffee. Lobby was a little hot, and everyday we had to reset our room key, that was annoying. But overall our stay was good."

"Super clean room and the great bonus is that it is actually IN the airport. Our check in counter was a five-minute walk in the morning. I would definitely recommend it for convenience. The hotel also has a nice bar and restaurants on site, which is nice (the area around the Hauptbahnhof is not the best in Frankfurt). The only negative was the refrigerator was not working, and I was counting on it to refrigerate some things for our flight. Otherwise the room was perfect and the stay was excellent. I would definitely stay there again."
