"Good - polite, friendly, helpful staff Breakfast excellent Not so good - Our bedroom windows didn’t open and there was no aircon. Told staff, the only way they could open the top opening windows was to remove the handles. This meant we had to put our fingers into a hole to attempt to open the windows. Would have preferred option to change rooms. Also unfortunately we overlooked the front of the building and across the road there was early building work noise going on."

"Elite Hotel Adlon has two fantastic things going for it - unbeatable location and wonderful staff. Across from Stockholm's Central Station and an easy walk to Old Town, subway stations, trams, shopping, restaurants, river walks, and more, it's in a prime spot. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are sparse and on the small side, but very comfortable and clean, and include a safe, mini fridge, and desk. I didn't use the gym or sauna, but it's nice that they even have...

"Breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself is nice. Can't. Moment on spa amenities but they are pricey. Has easy access to the ferry to take you to the city center or other places. The room was just ok. Had 2 small quilts instead of one large one, the shower head was very weak, the TV didn't work upon arrival and had to have maintenance come fix it. After that, it kept freezing and I had to unplug it from the back and plug it back in everytime I went to use it."
