When we arrived, the room meant for my kids had only one bed instead of two. I brought it up to the staff, and they handled it immediately without any hesitation — quick and efficient! What really made the stay extra special was that the hotel surprised me by decorating the room for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made me feel so appreciated and celebrated. It's little touches like this that set a place apart.
