"バスタブが湯を溜め、水抜きをすると、 排水溝から湯がが溢れ水浸しになった。 ドレインシステムの老朽化か、詰まりがあったのも。古い感じで染みもあり、臭いもした。 フロントにはその旨説明し、次の部屋の利用者がびっくりしないように、適切な対応をお願いしておきました。 また、チェックインの際の情報として、 Wi-Fiの説明、枕の追加、製氷器などの追加説明がなく、サービスの有効な案内がなく、残念だった。せっかくのサービスの用意が生かされなかった。"

"Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. "

"グリーンランドで遊ぶ為、家族(大人二人幼児二人)で泊まりました。 建物自体は年数が経っていて古く感じましたが、とても綺麗にされていたので問題なく泊まれました。トイレもリフォームしてて安心しました。 スタッフさんも随所に心遣いいただいて感謝です。 お風呂も気持ちよく、朝食バイキングだけでしたが、十分美味しくいただけました。 遊園地が目の前に見えたら楽しいだろうなと遊園地側を指定しました。が、お風呂もレストランも遊園地の入場も駐車場側の部屋の方が近く、建物の端から端まで歩かなければならなかったので、次泊まるなら絶対駐車場側にしたいです笑"
