"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport which only cost 50 baht by taxi. Also it's super clean. They have a little area outside of hotel room to hand wash clothes and hang them up. The night market is about a 5 minute walk. Also plenty of places to shop and eat. My 2nd time staying here and will always use since I have family in Ubon area. "
