"The hotel itself was amazing. The staff were really helpful when we had an issue with the safe. However, the breakfast was of poor quality. Myself and my partner both got food poisoning from the breakfast. We feel this is down to the buffet style they provide, so the rice has been standing around for a while."

"We came to Rayong to visit a Buddhist temple, where we know some people. The hotel seems designed more for business travellers, which makes sense given its location, but it is a very nice hotel. The room was fine, the pool very nice, and there is a large shopping mall with restraurants close by."

Good range of food available both onsite and across the road at one of the local restaraunts. With the beach meters away it makes for a great getaway."

"Location is good. Check in time is 15:00 but room is ready 15:40. Every room have ocean view but old. Many things broke. We have to wait for maintenance after check in for 1 hours and cannot fix. Hotel upgraded to deluxe room. Deluxe room still old and something broke but acceptable. Swimming pool is good. "

I thought it was good value for money. One warning - be sure to go to the Ao Prao Pier (specifically for guests of Samed Resorts) when you are on your way, as if the taxi driver doesn’t know this, he might take you to the wrong (super busy) general pier where you get hustled into buying probably the wrong boat transfer!
