"When we arrived at the hotel, we were shown our room by a security guard. There was no staff at the front desk or inside the whole hotel. We were not notified of the Wi-Fi code. The hotel was under construction with the hallways, boarded up. There were no amenities present such as access to the garden, pool and no spa services available.
