"We just checked out of Sapa Horizon Hotel, and we had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Sun Plaza. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to Wendy, Lisa, and the other staff members whose names I unfortunately forgot. We truly appreciate your kindness and warm hospitality. Thank you for making our stay in Sapa so wonderful and memorable! We would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️"

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and made our experience even more special. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and everything contributed to a comfortable and memorable stay. Sapa Centre Hotel

"Location is perfect, right on Sapa Square, but it also makes it very loud, almost 24 hours a day. There's music outside starting sometime around 6am and going until late every day of my five night reservation. Plenty of good restaurants around, the Hmong people were very friendly. If your reservation includes breakfast, you get access to the buffet on the second floor, something I didn't know until my final morning. There's a restaurant on the first floor and I thought that's where you went. English is minimal. It was fine."
