"This hotel was comfortable and was conveniently located near all of the places we wanted to see. It had a nice big functional bath tub and a comfortable (by western standards) bed. My only complaint is that the aircon seemed to shut off at night (which we actually think might have been because of a light switch we turned off near the door? Unsure) but it was a hot sleep. "

"I had a great stay at Sapa Yen. The hotel is a great escape from the hustle of bustle of the main tourist area at Sapa station. The staff and their service are excellent. I had the room with the Mountainview overlooking the railroad to Fansipan. I will stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone!"

"Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance."

"this hotel room was beautiful and had the perfect mountain view. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food and coffee were delicious. i got a shampoo/face spa for the first time. the lady was amazing! they also gave advice on when it was a good time to visit. all in all, my 2nd favorite hotel ive gone to in my lifetime"

"We're at Room 815 where the view is awesome including the Fansipan Tram bridge. Catcat village is around 15 minute walk downhill. The whole resort staff including Louis Tin we're very helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel service."

"The hotel has amazing view of the rice paddies. Customer service is excellent, friendly staff and food is great. The one thing we didn’t like was that housekeeping came in to tidy up our room after we came back from our dinner. They let down our mosquito net. Also, the net had dead ants in it. I didn’t expect them to tidy our room just after checking in. Plus, we didn’t ask to do that so that part was weird. Besides that, it was a lovely place to stay and relax!"

"This hotel is a beautiful work of art. Our room was absolutely massive and it had its own living room area. The finishes in the washroom were beautiful and we had tons of space to store all of our stuff. The view was off the charts. The location is also great as it is close to all of the major attractions and transportation methods. The street it is on, has some great restaurants, coffee, shops, and a fantastic pub."
