"I cannot recommend this property enough. It is private ( yet a 5 mins walk to the beach), fabulous restaurants all within walking distance, spectacular views from 2 balconies that take you breath away, and Maria your host is helpful and charming."

"Plus: Wonderful terraces overlooking Kalamata. Negative: This is a stone house and can be quite cold. We successfully heated the living room area, but could not heat the lower bedroom. Also the house is a long way up a winding road and somewhat out of town."

"Anaxo Resort isn’t super easy to get to but it is well worth the effort. It’s not hard to get to really, the road is a little narrow and windy but manageable It is a gorgeous place. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and the beds and showers are super comfy. The staff is great - super friendly and helpful. The pool and the bar are fantastic. "

"This little luxury budget hotel was a great find! I felt welcome or as the Greeks practice-philoxenia. I am on the road a lot for business and pleasure. The receptionist, Fay, is an excellent concierge. Will highly recommend and revisit if in area again. "

"Nice apartment with small kitchen. Comfortable bed and very friendly host who personally meet and greet you at the door. Street parking is a bit challenging, but possible and took about 5-10 min to find a parking spot. About 10 min walk from city center one way or marina other way. 5 min walk to supermarket. "
