"I have several family members who have stayed here over the years and highly recommend the Horizon. We come to Sutton every so often for family gatherings. This Labor Day Weekend we held a memorial service for my mom in Sutton with a picnic afterwards. I was the organizer but planned it all remotely (we live in NYC). When I arrived the day before there were still several loose ends that needed my attention. The staff, particularly Clara, went out of their way to support me. Giving me local business recommendations and even offering to arrange certain food preparation by their cook. Julie was so pleasant each morning at the lovely breakfast. We were always the first ones there (our 3yr old does not believe in sleeping in on vacations yet, work-in-progress). We used the lovely heated outdoor pool and cafe that is connected to the property just a short drive up the hill. I even managed to sneak away from the little one for a dip in the soothing outdoor hot tub (at the main hotel). Every single staff member I encountered was so lovely and helpful. In addition to Clara and Julie, the front desk staff, cafe cook, and even the life guard were so friendly and attentive. This went such a long way for me on what was a very emotional weekend. We will certainly stay at the Horizon again. "

"We stayed at this property on our first night of doing the Véloroute Gourmande - and it was absolutely perfect! The space was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The host had stocked the kitchen with nice coffee and snacks for breakfast. Bonus for cyclists is that there is a secure little storage box for bikes right outside of the condo. The laundry facility was a bonus, as was the lovely waterfront location. I loved this spot and will most definitely be back."
