"Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay"

"The hotel was renovated lately, however we chose the budget room with no fridge or the cattle in. Staff was great especially the bartenders. Food was good. Thank you for the good stay. "

"Beautiful location. Hotel is well maintained, staff are very attentive. Room was well equipped with stunning east Mountain View. Breakfast had excellent choices. Spa was great with saunas, swimming pool, water slide, heated pool with hydro massage and outdoor jacuzzi. Would definitely come back. Amazing for families with kids "

"Design of the hotel is nice and feels comfortable. Locate in city center with ski bus stop in front of the hotel. There are few things to be improved - beds are too soft, room was too hot during night even when you switch off heating. Min is 20.5... maybe softer blanket would help. Unable to open window so only opportunity is to open terasse door. Breakfast has good selection, during peaks is slower in refilling. Wellness and parking is paid extra and needs to be reserved separately."

"We had a nice room - cozy and comfortable, the bed was good, Everything was clean. The old city is 15 minutes on foot. The hotel has a big parking lot, but it not free. The staff was pleasant and helpful."
