Summary:
Welcome to Ocean Reef Resort located on the 3rd floor, in the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach. This very spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo has spectacular coastline & ocean views. Ocean Reef is a GEM in a family area towards the North end of Myrtle Beach, not too crowded, walk right out and enjoy the salt air & the waves. It is close to all the attractions, restaurants & shopping.
The Space:
BED & BATH
A Master King Suite with private access to our large balcony through the sliding glass doors, dresser, nightstand table and TV with cable access. A private bathroom with combination tub/shower, vanity sink and toilet. Our second bedroom features a Queen Size bed, dresser, nightstand table and TV with cable access. Our third bedroom features two Queen Size beds, dresser, nightstand table and TV with cable access. These rooms share a full-size bathroom with a combination tub/shower, vanity sink and toilet as well as a half bathroom.
LIVING AREA
Enjoy the BEAUTIFUL ocean views through the FULL floor to ceiling glass windows. The living room has a large flat screen tv with cable access, with a Sofa a side chair. Private access from the living room to our large private balcony.
We also have a FULL-SIZE Washer and Dryer in the condo for your use.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our NEWLY UPDATED FULL-SIZE kitchen is well-equipped and fully stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner.
When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining table with plenty seating to accommodate up to 6 guests with an added plus of a breakfast bar. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away.
Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.
BALCONY
Sip your morning coffee on our large private balcony with access from the living room area as well as the Master King Suite. Complete with plenty of seating.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

- Exercise Room (which features state of the art equipment to help you stay on your exercise routine. Our exercise room is located adjacent to our outdoor pool deck).
- Oceanfront Cabana (located across the street from our resort next to our beach access, is the spot for you. Take a seat in the shade as you take in the beautiful scenery around you).
- BANANA BOAT LOUNGE
Open seasonally, the on-site Buckets Bar & Grill features all of your drink favorites paired with delicious food options. With indoor seating and oceanfront outdoor deck seating, the views can’t be beat. Bucket-sized frozen and mixed drinks are a popular option as well as burgers and wraps, appetizers like loaded fries and wings, and kids’ options like chicken tenders and grilled cheese.

- SEASIDE EXERCISE TRAIL
Located along Ocean Boulevard, this exercise trail gives guests a chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery that Myrtle Beach has to offer while getting in a nice workout before hitting the beach.
- GARDENS BY THE SEA PARK
Just a short walk down the road from our resort, you will find a beautiful oceanfront park. Featuring a Ship Playground with a slide and ropes, a fun swing, and shaded benches for the parents, this area is perfect for smaller kids to enjoy while their parents take in the ocean view.

******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Guest Access:
- Full access to condo and resort.
- Keypad Entry for convenient self check-in.
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
- Complimentary attached parking garage. You are allowed 2 Parking Spots & you will find 2 parking passes in the condo upon your arrival. They MUST be displayed in your vehicle at all times to avoid being TOWED!! This is STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!
- NO MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS or RV’s.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. **
We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.
- NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.
- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

- Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!
- Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We must have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.
**ALL PARKING PASSES MUST BE RETURNED OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 if lost or missing. **
** All Electronic Pool Bands must be returned to the condo upon departure. You will be charged $50.00 per band that is not returned.**
Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!
Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Please DO NOT WASH OUR WHITE LINEN WITH OTHER ITEMS!! Our white linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
